Model applications.
One considered workspace.
Move new-face submissions out of scattered emails and into a clear review process. ModelSubmission gives your agency a dedicated application link and a private inbox, with the applicant conversation beside the profile.
What your pilot includes
- A branded agency application page, opened after your details are reviewed.
- One owner account and up to 250 retained applications.
- One to three private photos per application.
- Search, stage filters, shortlists and private reviewer notes.
- Applicant messaging with email alerts, plus CSV export.
- Applicant access to track, export and withdraw submissions.
Who this is for
Small agencies that want to test a straightforward submission workflow with one reviewer. The pilot is not a booking system, casting marketplace or multi-seat agency CRM. Applicants must be 18 or older.
How onboarding works
- Sign in with your agency business email.
- Add your official website, agency description and public business contact address.
- After the operator checks those details, place your application link on your official website and social profiles.
- Review new applications and keep your next action clear.
What does it cost?
The pilot is free with no card and no automatic paid conversion. Any future paid plan requires a separate decision. Applications are retained for up to 180 days, subject to earlier withdrawal or account closure.
Can we try it before signing up?
Yes. The interactive demo uses fictional data. You can also explore our sample review workflow and admin time calculator.
Where do applications come from?
You bring your own applicants through your official links. Approved agencies accepting submissions also appear in our directory. The pilot does not promise applicant volume or source talent on your behalf.
