The free pilot

ModelSubmission provides application and review software. The pilot is free: no card, checkout or subscription is enabled, and it will not automatically become paid. Each agency has one owner account and up to 250 retained applications, with up to three photos per application. We may propose future plans separately; any paid service requires your affirmative agreement.

Your account and content

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and protect your email account and sign-in codes. You must have permission to upload photos. You keep ownership of your content and permit us and the agency you select to store, display and process it only as needed for this service and considering your application.

Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful or intimate content, harass applicants, scrape profiles, bypass access restrictions or misuse contact details. Agencies must be authorised to represent their stated business and comply with the additional agency terms. We may pause access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect people, and explain the reason where lawful and practical.

Applications and decisions

ModelSubmission is not a modelling agency and does not promise work, representation or a reply. Agencies make their own decisions. Checking agency details is not a guarantee of an agency’s conduct. Applications are free; report requests for application fees, intimate images or identity documents to support.

Availability, leaving and changes

This is a pilot service and may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. Export important information. You can withdraw applications and request account closure in your account. Retention and removal are explained in the privacy notice. If we end the pilot, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export where practical, unless urgent security or legal reasons prevent it.

We will give notice of material changes. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduce mandatory consumer rights. English law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights where you live.
